| 摘 要： | 用Solidedge对某型立轴冲击式破碎杌的轴承箱支架进行了实体建模，并将其导入Amys进行模态分析，得出了前20阶的固有频率和振型，通过振型图和动画显示，直观地分析支架的动态特性和薄弱环节，为其结构设计提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper used the Solidedge to build the solid model for the bearing box bracket of the Vertical Shaft Impact crusher, then it is imported into Ansys for modal analysis, so the former twenty-order frequency and vibration model are gained. Through the vibration chart and mobile picture display, the dynamic characteristics of the bracket and weakness area can be visually analyzed. It also provides theory for the structure design. |
