摘    要:采用有限元法模拟了垫片的非线性特性,研究了外弯矩对于垫片应力分布、螺栓载荷及法兰转角的影响;有限元计算结果与PVRC实验数据做了比较,结果表明,有限元计算具有较高的可靠性,基于垫片应力,提出了外弯矩与接头紧密度之间的关系。

Abstract:The nonlinearity of the gasket material was simulated and the effect of external bending moments on gasket stress distribution, bolt loads and flange rotation was studied in this paper. The results of FEA were also compared with those of PVRC experiments. The results show that the finite element method has certain reliability. Upon gasket stress, this paper presents the relation between the joint tightness and external bending moments.
