纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器健康监测研究进展

摘    要:阐述了纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器健康监测传感器的特点和原理,对纤维缠绕复合材料结构健康监测工作中的固化过程监测、服役环境监测、内压和结构应变监测、损伤监测、爆破压力监测、泄漏监测进行了介绍和比较。最后,对纤维缠绕复合材料结构健康监测工作进行了展望,并提出了几点建议。

Abstract:The characteristic and working principles of the sensors used in health monitoring for filament wound composite pressure vessel are elaborated. Introductions and comparisons were given for cure process, environment, pressure and strain, damage, burst pressure and hydrogen leakage of the structural health monitoring for filament wound composite pressure vessels. The development prospects of the future sensors used in health monitoring for filament wound composite pressure vessels are presented, some suggestion was put forward.
