摘    要:反应堆压力容器主螺栓紧固组件是保证其密封的重要部件,其螺纹副结构直接影响着反应堆压力容器的密封性能。结合国内外压水堆反应堆压力容器主螺栓螺纹副在设计、制造和安装方面的经验,对主螺栓螺纹副设计遵循的规范和标准要求进行了梳理和研究,并从主螺栓螺纹副承载和主螺栓安装两方面,分析了主螺栓螺纹副结构参数的影响。在上述研究成果的基础上,对主螺栓螺纹副结构进行了验证计算,为各堆型反应堆压力容器主螺栓螺纹副的结构设计提供技术参考。

Abstract:The stud bolt assembly was an important component ensuring the tightness of the reactor pressure vessel.The structure of the stud bolt thread pair directly influences sealing performance of the reactor pressure vessel.The code and standard requirements which the design of stud screw thread pair should observe were carded and researched in combination with the experience feedback in the design,manufacturing and installation of stud screw thread pair of PWR reactor pressure vessel at home and abroad,and the influence of the structure parameters of stud screw thread pair were analyzed from aspects of stress distribution and installation of the stud screw thread pair.Based on above-mentioned research results,the validating calculation of the structure of the stud screw thread pair was carrying out to provide technical reference for structure design of different reactor types of stud screw thread pair for reactor pressure vessel.
