| 摘 要： | 球形容器无模爆炸成形技术是一种整体成形新技术。本文通过大量实验和数值分析 ,对其成球质量进行了研究 ,其结果证明 :炸药量的准确控制和锥台壳体节数的合理确定 ,以及正确的焊接工艺等 ,都是保证球形容器具有良好成球质量的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Non-die explosive forming of spherical vessels is a new technique of the whole forming. Through large numbers of experiments and numeric analyse ,an analysis of forming process and conglobate quality was given,and the results proved that accurate estimation of explosive charge,the reasonable design of cone shell numbers and correct welded technics ,and so on all have influence on conglobate quality of spherical vessels. |
