摘    要:利用3-D有限元法模拟了法兰接头的稳态温度场分布,结果表明计算值与实测数据吻合较好。此外,模拟了操作条件下,垫片因蠕变引起减薄的垫片应力分布,并利用垫片应力与紧密性参数之间的关系,评价了垫片应力对法兰接头密封性能的影响。

Abstract:The static temperature field distribution of flanged joints was simulated by 3-D FEA,the results show that the calculative values accord well with data of the measurement.Furthermore,the gasket stress distribution was simulated when the gasket thickness was reduced due to creep.The effects of the gasket stress on the sealing behavior of the flanged joint were also evaluated by the relationship between gasket stress and tightness parameter.
