摘    要:简述了压力容器泄漏事故的危害,研究了压力容器泄漏事故应急决策系统重要性。以压力容器泄漏介质数据库、压力容器泄漏缺陷数据库和带压密封方法数据库为基础,建立压力容器泄漏介质查找系统,输入压力容器泄漏介质的参数、泄漏部位的名称和几何尺寸,决策系统自动生成带压密封方法、夹具设计图纸、应急救援工器具、安全保护用品、密封注剂牌号、泄漏物的处理方法、应急救援人员的消洗方法等内容的应急决策方案,为压力容器泄漏事故单位做出科学和准确的决策提供信息支持。

Abstract:The harms of pressure vessel leaking accident was summarized, and the importance of the emergency decision system for pressure vessel leaking accident was studied. In order to provide timely, accurate and complete information support for pressure vessel leaking accident unit to make scientific and accurate decision, this system is based on pressure vessel leaking medium database, pressure vessel leaking defects database and online leak sealing method database; establishes pressure vessel leaking medium search database; inputs the parameters of the pressure vessel leaking medium, the name and the geometric dimensioning of leaking location ; makes a series of emergency decision plans, such as the system automatically generates a pressure online leak sealing method, the fixture design drawings, the emergency rescue equipments, security protection supplies, injecting sealants brand, the handling method of leakage, the washing method of the emergency rescue workers, and so on.
