摘    要:通过接触单元来数值模拟啮合齿的接触过程,建立了基于整体有限元应力分析和应力分类的齿啮式快开压力容器设计方法。大量工程设计表明,按该方法设计的容器满足结构强度和疲劳寿命要求。

Abstract:By considering the contact between the teeth and utilizing the face to face contact model with contact element and coulomb friction model, the author had developed a method for design of tooth-locked quick actuating pressure vessel based on finite element stress analysis and stress categorization. Many engineering designs of pressure vessel see these pressure vessels can meet the requirements of strength and fatigue.
