拱顶储罐顶壁连接处破坏机理研究与试验验证

摘    要:以容积为640,3200和6800 m3立式拱顶储罐为研究对象,参照API 650—2005报告中Safe-Roof软件对储罐的轴对称分析,采用有限元分析软件Ansys分别建立储罐的轴对称和空间有限元模型,提出了储罐顶壁连接处破坏条件的判断方法。并通过推导储罐理论破坏公式与有限元计算结果相互验证,最后通过模型试验验证了储罐破坏条件的正确性。

Abstract:Symmetric models and space model were established using finite element analysis software Ansys for 640,3200,6800 m3 vertical dome tanks,referring the API 650—2005 report in the SafeRoof software of tank axisymmetric analysis.The judgement method of the top wall junction failure condition was presented.By contrasting the simulated results and the theoretical solution,it is known that they coincide with each other well.Finally,the storage tank failure condition was verified through the model experiments.
