摘    要:平整机恒压力控制系统可以利用压力闭环和动态AGC的恒压力特性.当采用压力闭环控制方式时。系统可以对轧辊偏心自动补偿,不需要增加轧辊偏心补偿系统;分析了采用动态AGC恒压力特性进行辊缝调节,当轧辊偏心和来料厚度发生变化时轧辊偏心进行自动补偿的原理和调节过程。

Abstract:The constant pressure control system of temper mill can use the pressure closed-loop and dynamic AGC system. The roll eccentricity can be compensated automatically by pressure closed-loop control mode. While using dynamic AGC system, a roll eccentricity compensate system is needed. According to the adjustment process in condition of the roll eccentricity and incoming thickness change, the paper analyzes the roll gap adjustment process of the dynamic AGC system.
