基于高速开关阀的均衡风缸压力精确控制研究

摘    要:首先从高速开关阀的数学模型入手,建立了均衡风缸压力的控制系统,然后设计了该系统的两种控制策略---常规PID控制、模糊PID控制。运用AMEsim与Simulink联合仿真,对两种控制策略进行了分析比较,最终选择模糊P ID控制策略,完成均衡风缸压力的精确控制。

Abstract:Based on the mathematic model of high-speed on-off valve ,the accurate pressure control system for balanced air cylinder is set up ,and then two control algorithms are designed ,which are traditional PID and fuzzy PID .AMEsim and Simulink co-simulation is applied to the simulation of the two control methods .The results show that the fuzzy PID controller is better .
