| 摘 要： | 一种使用刀口检验和干涉检验技术的刀口干涉仪被研制成功。其干涉仪采用了径向剪切系统,因此大尺寸光学元件容易被检测。实验结果表明因这台仪器检验大尺寸光学元件面形的精度达λ/20.

| Abstract: | A Knife edge interferometer using knife edge and interferometric technique has been developed.The interferometer adopts radial shearing system,so that the large scale optics canbe tested easily. The tested result show that the accuracy of λ/20 is achieved for testing thefigures of the large optics by using this instrument. |
