激光粒度仪用标准颗粒样板设计原理初探

摘    要:分析了现有标准颗粒粉末的不足,并说明了标准颗粒样板的优点和制作必要性;按照设计标准颗粒样板的程序,分别讨论了颗粒尺寸分布函数的选择,重量百分比分布函数与个数百分比分布函数间的转换,颗粒总数的确定,颗粒群的分级和每一级代表粒径的确定及颗粒在标准板上位置的随机分布等问题。最后给出了一个计算机模似设计实例。

Abstract:After having analyzed the deficiencies of the existing standard Particle powder,the advantages of standard particle-plate and the necessity of producing it were described.Then,according to the programe of designing standard particle-plate,what were descussed,in properorder,are the selecting of particle size distribution functions,the transform between masspercentage distribution functions and number percentage distribution functions,the determination of total particle number on the plate,the classification of particles,the determinationof the representative diameter of each class particles,and the random distribution of the particles,positions on the plate. lastly,a simulated design example,which was done with a computer,was glven.
