| 摘 要： | 对纸币扎把机的工作方式进行了分析,从可靠性方面,提出了一种形成捆扎纸圈的工作方式.该机构在成圈过程中能够辅助推拉纸币,从而避免了在目前扎把机中经常出现的由于边角摩擦,或者捆扎纸带在环境湿度较大情况下,纸带变软,从而造成成圈困难的问题.针对捆扎过程的时序,展开了详细的分析,并就工作过程的特点和特征以及纸带的有无等,制定出了纸币扎把机的控制策略.这些研究成果对于新型扎把机构的开发和系统的控制,具有较好的参考价值.
