低速大排量风能吸功泵流量特性研究

摘    要:针对大功率液压型风力发电液压系统的需要,设计一种利用双圆柱凸轮驱动多排液压缸、换向阀配流的低速大排量风能吸功泵,并对所设计的风能吸功泵流量特性进行理论分析和仿真研究。提出在换向阀阀芯处增加节流槽,减小配油过程的压力冲击。根据换向阀的工作特点,建立了单腔室流量特性数学模型,得出在低转速工况下影响风能吸功泵内泄漏的主要因素为液压缸。结合风能吸功泵的结构特点,建立了风能吸功泵的流量特性数学模型,揭示了双排液压缸交错布置可以减小风能吸功泵流量脉动的规律。

Abstract:Aiming at hydraulic system of hydraulic wind power generation,a kind of low speed and large displacement wind energy pump with double cylindrical cam driving multi-row hydraulic cylinder and using reversing valve flow distribution is designed.The theoretical analysis and simulation of flow characteristic of the designed wind energy suction pump are also carried out.Throttling groove on the spool of the reversing valve is designed to reduce the pressure impact on the oil distribution process.According to the working characteristics of the reversing valve,the mathematical model of the flow characteristic of single chamber is established.The study shows that the main factor affecting the leakage of the wind energy suction pump is the hydraulic cylinder at low rotational speed.Combined with structural characteristics of the wind energy suction pump,by building mathematical model of pump flow,the conclusion that the double row staggered arrangement structure can reduce the flow pulsation of the pump is revealed.
