摘    要:把砂轮架系统抽象成物理模型,对超长数控滚珠丝杠磨床磨削过程中砂轮产生振动的原因进行了理论分析,并通过重新设计改进磨床结构,有效地解决了砂轮的振动问题。

Abstract:It analyzes the reasons of grinding wheel vibration generated which appeared in grinding of the CNC Ball Screw Shaft Grinder through taking the grinding head frame unit assembly as a physical model. It redesigns the structure of grinding machine and solves the vibration problem of grinding wheel successfully.
