基于新一代GPS圆柱规范模型设计理论的研究

摘    要:规范模型是新一代GPS标准体系的关键技术之一。通过对规范模型的操作,可以规范零件几何要素的几个特征变动范围,从而使得零件的设计与功能相一致,也为零件设计与检验统一提供科学依据。基于新一代GPS标准体系,针对轴类零件加工产生的四类截面误差,通过运用勒让德和傅里叶多项式表示其规范模型。研究成果对设计轴类零件的规范模型具有实际的参考意义。
