摘    要:针对铝合金熔炉温度控制,开发了一套基于三菱PLC和PC机的温度控制系统.详细阐述了硬件组成、特殊温控模块功能、VB监控软件以及PLC程序设计等关键技术.经过试验验证,达到了设计要求.

Abstract:It discusses a supervision system for temperature control of aluminum alloy furnace implemented by Mitsubishi PLC and PC.The related techniques about the hardware composition of the system,function of the special temperature control module,the designing of supervision software based on VB and PLC control program are described in details.The system has already been testified,and it works well.
