摘    要:针对直线电机式悬架作动器模态分析误差较大的问题,提出影响分析结果的非线性因素--法向接触刚度,通过优化接触刚度因子实现对作动器模态的精确分析.利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行了有限元仿真,研究了作动器各部件在不同阶数下的固有频率变化值,获得了作动器固有频率与接触刚度因子的相互影响关系,得到了作动器在最优接触刚...

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large error in modal analysis of linear motor suspension actuator,the normal contact stiffness,which is a nonlinear factor influencing the result of analysis,is proposed.The finite element simulation is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The natural frequencies of each component of the actuator under different orders are studied.The interaction relationship between the natural frequencies and the contact stiffness factors is obtained.The natural frequencies and the mode shapes of the actuator under the optimal contact stiffness factors are obtained.The operating speed is analyzed.The relation curve between degree and modal frequency.The results show that the primary core has the greatest influence on the overall frequency of the prototype structure;when the contact stiffness factor is equal to 0.6,the natural frequency is the best and the deformation displacement is the smallest;under the second order frequency,the overall deformation of the actuator is small,and the maximum deformation is concentrated at both ends of the secondary core;the modal frequency increases with the increase of the operating speed.Finally,the modal test of the suspension actuator prototype is carried out,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental values,which verifies the correctness of the analysis results.
