摘    要:基于mixture模型,采用CFD数值模拟方法,研究某型卧螺离心机转鼓转速、处理量及转速差等参数对气化灰水分离过程的影响.研究结果表明,出渣含固率随着转鼓转速增加而快速增加,转鼓转速达到2000r/min之后,继续增加转速,出渣含固率增加趋缓;出渣含固率随着处理量的增大无明显变化,但在50.75m3/h之后继续增大处理...

Abstract:Based on the mixture model and CFD numerical simulation,the effects of the decanter on the separation process of coal gasification ash water are studied by drum speed,handling capacity and differential speed.The results show that the solid content rate of the discharge slag increases rapidly with the increase of the rotating drum speed.After the rotating drum speed reaching 2000r/min,the solid content of the discharge slag increases slowly with the rotating drum speed continuing to increase;The solid content rate of the discharge slag does not change significantly with the increase of the handling capacity,but it decreases with the continuous increase of the handling capacity after 50.75m3/h;The difference of rotation speed between rotor drum and screw pusher has no obvious effect on the separation performance of the decanter.The field separation test of gasification.
