摘    要:在保证动力输出的前提下,采用降低发动机的转速来降低重型车辆的能耗是目前切实可行的重要手段。通过建立传动系统的动力学模型,研究传动系统改进方案的动态特性,分析低转速发动机与新型大能容变矩器的匹配合理性。通过样机测试发现,优化后车辆工作效率最高的工作点大部分分布在发动机的最佳燃油效率区,起到了节能的目的;改进方案换挡过程压力变化平稳,换挡冲击较小。当油门开度维持在70%时发动机的燃油率最高约为38%;采用新的匹配方案后,前进一挡的节能效果最好,节油率提高了14.3%。试验结果为改进传动系统的控制策略设计提供了数据参考。

Abstract:Under the premise of ensuring power output,reducing the engine speed to reduce the energy consumption of heavy vehicles is an effective and feasible means.By establishing the dynamic model of the transmission system,the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system improvement scheme are studied,and the matching rationality of the low-speed engine and the new large-capacity torque converter is analyzed.Through the prototype test,it is found that most of the working points with the highest working efficiency of the optimized vehicle are distributed in the optimal fuel efficiency zone of the engine,which serves the purpose of energy saving;the pressure change of the improved shifting process is stable,and the shifting impact is small.When the throttle opening is maintained at 70%,the fuel rate of the engine is up to 38%.After adopting the new matching scheme,the first gear has the best energy saving effect and the fuel saving rate is increased by 14.3%.The test results provide a data reference for improving the control strategy design of the drive train.
