摘    要:采用流固耦合的方法,基于COMSOL仿真平台对某防暴喷射管内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析了发射管结构和气室初始压强对管内冲击挤压流动过程的影响。结果表明:在气室初始压强为20MPa,战剂容量为10ml的情况下,发射管内径越小,管流阻力越小,活塞运动时间越短,战剂出口速度越小,能量利用率越高;增大气室初始压强能缩短管内流动时间,加快出口速度;锥直形喷嘴结构的突变造成了战剂压强和速度的波动。研究结果可为喷射管的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the COMSOL simulation platform,the internal flow field simulaiton of a certain anti-riot ejector was carried out by using fluid-structure coupling method.The influence of the structure of the launch pipe and the initial pressure of the gas chamber on the impact-extrusion process in the pipe was analyzed.The results show that when the initial pressure of the gas chamber is 20MPa and the capacity of the agent is 10ml,the smaller the inner diameter of the launch pipe,the smaller the resistance of the tube flow,the shorter the movement time of the piston,the smaller the outlet velocity,and the higher the energy utilization rate.The larger the initial pressure of the gas chamber can shorten the flow time and increase the outlet velocity.The conical straight nozzle causes the fluctuation of the pressure and velocity of the agent.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the optimal design of the anti-riot ejector.
