摘    要:利用ANSYS 15.0软件对柔性管板进行热-应力耦合分析,得到柔性管板整体应力分布规律,对柔性管板厚度、换热管中心间距、过渡圆角半径进行优化,并对国内外管板计算方法进行对比分析。结果表明:西德AD方法计算出的管板厚度最小;随着柔性管板厚度的增加,薄膜应力先减小后增大,薄膜加弯曲应力逐渐增大;随着换热管中心间距的增大,薄膜应力先保持不变后减小,薄膜加弯曲应力先增大后减小再增大;随着过渡圆角半径的增大,薄膜应力和薄膜加弯曲应力基本维持不变;在柔性管板的最有结构尺寸下,最大应力减小了18.5%,优化效果显著。

Abstract:The thermal-stress coupling analysis of flexible tubesheet is carried out by ANSYS 15.0 software,and the overall stress distribution law of flexible tubesheet is obtained.Thickness of flexible tubesheet,Distance between heat exchangers and Radius of transition roundness are optimized,and the calculation methods of flexible tubesheet at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.The results show that thickness of tube sheet calculated by AD method in West Germany is the smallest;with the increase of thickness of flexible tube sheet,film stress decreases first and then increases,and film bending stress increases gradually;with the increase of central spacing of heat exchanger tubes,film stress first keeps unchanged and then decreases,and film bending stress first increases and then decreases and then increases.With the increase of radius of transition fillet,film stress and film bending stress remain basically unchanged;under the most structural size of flexible tubesheet,the maximum stress decreases by 18.5%,the optimization effect is remarkable.
