三环减速器齿廓间隙角啮合刚度和载荷分配的计算

摘    要:在考虑内啮合齿轮副齿廓间隙角的基础上,建立起三环减速器各啮合轮齿上栽荷分配的理论分析模型。使用SHQ40实例计算出在额定载荷工况下作用在各啮合轮齿对上的栽荷,计算结果表明多轮齿同时啮合可提高三环减速器的承栽能力。

Abstract:On the basis of considering the tooth profile clearance angle of inner meshing gear pairs, the theoretic analytical model with load distribution among each meshing tooth of three - ring reducer was established. The load of each meshing tooth pair had been calculated in the condition of the rating load using three - ring reducer with the type of SHQ40. The calculating results show that the multi - tooth engagement can enhance the load - bearing capacity of three - ring reducer.
