基于WinCC的立体仓库监控系统的设计

摘    要:以PC作为上位机,以西门子公司的S7-300的PLC作为下位机,构建了立体仓库的控制系统,以WinCC作为上位机的组态软件,在上位机PC和下位机PLC之间通过现场总线PROFIBUS_DP进行通信,通过VB开发了显示整个立体仓库运行过程的ActiveX控件,从而建立了立体仓库的监控系统.系统的实际运行表明系统设计合理,工作稳定可靠,软件操作简单,便于升级.

Abstract:It constructs the controlling system of Three-Dimensional Warehouse based on the PC and the Siemens S7-300 PLC.An ActiveX control which is used to dynamically display the running process of the whole system is developed with VB.PC and PLC communicate each other through filedbus Profibus-DP.The monitoring system is designed based on Siemens' configuration software,WinCC.The system runs smoothly,so we can conclude that the design is reasonable and the software is easy to use and upgrade.
