| Abstract: | Hot Isostatic Pressured silicon nitrided ceramics,one of the h ig h- tech engineering ceramics used as hybrid materials friction pairs of high- temperature and corrosion resistance,the fracture mechanism of ceramics and sig nificance for toughness test of the material are discussed.The method of toughne ss test such as Direct Crack Measurement and Indentation Strength by Bending etc .are also introduced. |
