摘    要:热等静压氮化硅(Hot Isostatic Pressured silicon nitided ceramics),一种新型工程陶瓷,作为耐高温、抗腐蚀复合材料,这里简述了陶瓷材料的断裂理论及韧性测试的意义。介绍了直接压痕法、弯曲压痕强度法等几种韧性测试方法。

Abstract:Hot Isostatic Pressured silicon nitrided ceramics,one of the h ig h- tech engineering ceramics used as hybrid materials friction pairs of high- temperature and corrosion resistance,the fracture mechanism of ceramics and sig nificance for toughness test of the material are discussed.The method of toughne ss test such as Direct Crack Measurement and Indentation Strength by Bending etc .are also introduced.
