基于ADAMS/Car Ride汽车平顺性仿真

摘    要:以多体动力学理论为基础,应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS/Car专业模块建立某轿车的整车样机模型。根据路面不平度位移功率谱密度推导路面随机激励数学模型,由路面轮廓发生器产生随机路面,并进行了随机路面输入下的汽车平顺性仿真。其研究结果为虚拟样机技术在车辆工程中的实际应用提供了参考,为进一步对实际车辆做其他设计分析打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:Based on the theory of multibody dynamics,a virtual prototype model of a vehicle is built by using ADAMS/Car. A random road was built by Road-Profile Generation,then a simulation of ride comfort under the random road was performed. The investigation provided important reference for prototype being applied to vehicle engineering and made a base of further design for the object.
