| 摘 要： | 研究将SLS粉末快速成形方法应用于注塑模具随形冷却水路的快速制造,此方法形成的内置水路是随形的,其不但可以保证注塑模具型腔表面的均匀传热,而且在保证机械性能的前提下,能够克服扭曲变形和熔接痕等不良缺陷,注塑成型的塑件外观满足高光无痕的要求,能大幅缩短注塑周期和提高生产率.
