| 摘 要： | 介绍了虚拟样机技术并论述了虚拟样机技术与传统的计算机辅助设计/分析/制造技术的区别,给出了虚拟样机技术在机械产品研制中的应用流程,在新产品专用机床旋转刀盘的研制中引入了虚拟样机技术,其应用结果表明,所建立的功能虚拟样机具有模拟物理样机的能力,这种虚拟样机技术应用的新方法在机械产品的开发与研制中具有重要的工程价值与现实意义.

| Abstract: | It describes the fundamental concept of virtual prototyping technology(VP) and discusses the differences among VP,computer aided design,computer aided engineering and computer aided manufacture. It has been introduced that application flow of virtual prototyping technology in the development of mechanical products.
