摘    要:为了研究电主轴单元抵抗静态外载荷的能力及抗振性,以改善其在静态外载荷作用下的变形及自激振动,以高速卧式加工中心(THMS6340)的电主轴单元为研究对象,阐述了影响电主轴单元静态特性的主要设计参数,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对电主轴单元进行了简化建模、静态性能分析,获得了电主轴单元的变形,并运用达朗伯原理得出其刚度,且经过分析比较、验证了该电主轴单元的刚度。这一电主轴单元的静态分析研究为其进一步的动态分析提供了必要的依据。

Abstract:In order to investigate the ability of motor spindle unit to resist static external load and vibration,and improve the deformation subjected to static external load and self-excited vibration,with electricity spindle of high-speed machining center(THMS6340)as a study object,main design parameters of the effects of static characters of motor spindle unit are described in this paper.Then by adopting finite element software ANSYS,the modeling for spindle unit is simplified and static performance is analyze to obtain the deformation of electricity spindle.In addition with Alembert’s principle the rigidity is obtained,and the rigidity of the spindle unit is verified through comparing and analyzing,which provides the necessary basis for further dynamic analysis through the static analysis.
