便携式双L型测头钢轨外形测量仪的研究

摘    要:比较分析已有钢轨测量仪器,研究了双L型测头五连杆钢轨外形测量仪,建立测量模型与逆解模型。针对不同测量规格钢轨的需要,对五连杆参数进行优化仿真。用Matlab模拟编码器采样过程,对原理误差、编码器量化误差进行计算。理论分析结果表明:仪器能测量钢轨轨头以及轨头两侧下颚的外形,测量范围宽,为钢轨磨耗的研究提供可靠数据。

Abstract:A protable rail profilometer with double L probe is investigated by comparison of the existing rail measuring instruments.The mechanism mathematic model and the inverse kinematics model are proposed.For the rang of different types of rails,the parameters of five-bar mechanism are simulated for optimization.The sampling procedure is simulated by using of matlab,and the error of measurement model,the error of the encoder quantization are calculated.Theoretiecal analysis show that the profilometer can measure the the whole rail’s head and its both jaws,to provide authentic data for the investigation of the rail wearing.
