摘    要:介绍了冲裁的基本原理,为获得冲裁断面好的织针,利用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-2D对一种纺织厂使用的厚度为0.74mm的SK5织针针坯材料进行了研究,模拟过程包括普通冲裁和普通精冲。模拟分析了冲裁过程中裂纹生成时材料的最大主应力分布状态。随后,使用40t高速冲床对几种冲裁方案做了冲裁实验,获得了较理想的织针针坯冲裁断面。几种冲裁方案所得到的冲裁断面效果与模拟所得一致。对于薄板冲裁,单边间隙在料厚的5%范围内变化,所获得的冲裁断面差异较为显著。

Abstract:The base principles of blanking process were introduced.In order to obtain better section of a kind of needles used in textile mills,needle material SK5 with 0.74mm thickness was studied by FEM software DEFORM-2D,which process included common blanking and exact blanking.Then the distributions of maximum principal stress of crack initiation were analyzed in the process of blanking.Afterwards high-speed punching machine was used to verify several blanking schemes,and the ideal appearance of blanking section was obtained.The results of the appearance of blanking section are in agreement with the result of simulation.Thus the blanking section shape differs obviously with the range of unilateral gap varying within 5% of the material thickness.
