摘    要:应用自行研制的TiC涂层和类金刚石(DLC)涂层硬质合金钻头以及市售硬质合金钻头(WC-Co)对钛合金材料进行微小孔钻削性能对比试验,研究了进给速度与切削力和扭矩的关系,分析了刀具的磨损特征以及孔的表面质量和孔入口处的毛刺情况。结果表明:DLC涂层硬质合金钻头比普通硬质合金钻头和TiC涂层硬质合金钻头更适合加工钛合金材料微小孔。

Abstract:The contrastive experiments of drilling micro-holes in the titanium alloy were carried out with newly developed TiC coated drill and diamond like carbon(DLC) coated drill as well as commercially available non-coated cemented tungsten carbides(WC-Co) drill.The relationship among the feed speeds,cutting forces and torques,the wearing characteristics of drills,surface quality of holes and burs at the entrances of holes were studied.DLC coated cemented tungsten carbides drills were more suitable for drilling the micro-hole in the titanium alloy than TiC coated and non-coated cemented tungsten carbides(WC-Co) drills.
