基于流体机械工况的冲蚀磨损特性研究

摘    要:在圆盘式磨蚀试验台上,对流体机械常用材料HT200、45与40Cr钢进行了模拟实际工况的冲蚀磨蚀试验,研究了试验材料的表面失效规律及微观破坏机理。结果表明:冲蚀分为跑合期、稳定期和上升期三个阶段。灰铁HT200的冲蚀磨损以脆性断裂为主;45钢的冲蚀磨损是以切削磨损为主;40Cr是以犁沟剥落为主。

Abstract:The erosion-wear experiments on HT200, 45~# and 40Cr steels used in fluid machine simulating the actual working conditions were performed by a disc erosion test-bed. The surface failure and micro-damage mechanism of materials were studied. The results show that erosion process is divided into induction, stationary and weight-increase periods. The main wear mechanism of HT200, 45~# and 40Cr steels is respectively brittlen rupture, cutting wear and furrow flaking off.
