摘    要:介绍了ODS在涡旋压缩机以振代噪测试中的应用方法,在结构声辐射原理的基础上,通过对压缩机振动与噪声信号分析,确定对总噪声贡献最大的频率段;然后选取优势频率画出涡旋压缩机ODS图,根据ODS图及参考点与选取测试点相干函数对测点进行优化;最后选出4个振动稳定点从而提高涡旋压缩机生产线在线噪声检测效率。

Abstract:The application method of ODS in the noise measurement of scroll compressor application is described. Based on the principle of structure acoustic,the frequency band of the largest contribution to the total noise is determined by the compressor vibration noise spectrum analysis.Then, the dominant frequency is selected to plot scroll compressor ODS modal diagram. The test efficiency is improved according to ODS and selection of the reference point and test point coherence function for optimizing the measured point. Finally, four stable points of vibration are selected to improve the detection efficiency of noise for scroll compressor in production line.
