涡旋压缩机涡旋体的模态分析

摘    要:涡旋体是涡旋压缩机重要的零件之一。为了研究其振动特性,对其进行模态分析是十分必要的。首先,以圆的渐开线作为涡旋体的涡旋曲线,利用APDL建立了涡旋体的的三维模型,经过网格划分,生成有限元模型;然后利用ANSYS模态分析模块,采用BLOCK LANCZOS方法进行模态计算;最后得出其前6阶固有频率和振型,对涡旋体的设计、制造及维修有理论指导意义。

Abstract:Scroll wrap was a main part of scroll compressor. It is necessary to have model analysis for it in order to study the property of vibration property. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of scroll wrap was founded using APDL with forming scroll curve based on circle involute, the finite element model of it was constructed through meshing;then the model calculation was carried out by model analysis module according to BLOCK LANCZOS method;Finally the top six natural frequencies and the corresponding modal shapes are gained, which offering theory conduct for scroll wrap in designing, manufacturing and repairing.
