涡旋压缩机振动噪声特性的应用研究

摘    要:分析了涡旋压缩机振动和噪声特性,研究了涡旋压缩机表面振动信号与噪声信号的关联关系;利用锤击法对涡旋压缩机及其主要组成零部件进行了模态实验,获取了前5阶固有频率;最后通过对涡旋压缩机的实测特性、振动和噪声关联关系及其固有特性的综合比较分析,给出了涡旋压缩机减振降噪的几点具体措施。

Abstract:The properties of scroll compressor vibration and noise were analyzed,and the relations of them were researched firstly.Then,model test was carried out for central components of scroll compressor by instant hammering method.By this way,natural frequencies of first five node natural frequency were obtained.At last,specific measures for decreasing vibration and reducing noise were offered.
