| 摘 要： | 基于VB6.0开发了小型活塞压缩机设计软件,软件功能包括压缩机的热力学、动力学计算,曲轴强度校核与寿命计算,根据计算结果可实现压缩机运动过程的模拟.该软件系统功能完善,简化了繁琐的设计过程,通过模拟压缩机运动与受力过程,对优化设计方案、降低实验成本具有重要的借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | The design software for small - type piston compressor is developed using the Visual Basic 6.0. The functions of software contain thermal and dynamic calculations, crankshaft strength check and life calculation, and simulation of the compressor moving process based on calculation results. The software has an improved function and simplifies the complex design processes. And the software could also optimize the design scheme and reduce the experiment cost by simulating the movement and force acting of compressors. |
