摘    要:对用于动磁式线性压缩机的励磁线圈进行设计分析。通过研究线固匝数、线径以及串并联接法对电机动子行程、电磁力及电机效率的影响,提出了动磁式线性压缩机励磁线圈的设计思路,并针对线性压缩机开启过程中荷载较小、电流大,易撞缸的问题,从线圈设计角度提出了解决方案。

Abstract:Through the analysis on the excitation coil of the moving-magnet linear compressor, analyse the impection of the circle number, dimension and the connection of series wound and parrel wound on displacement, elctric-magic force,and the efficiency of the motor. Present the design method of the excitation winding of the moving-magnet linear compressor. Due to the phenomena on the beginning of the machine start that the current is too high and the piston is liable to bump oil the cylinder, presents the design plan of the excitation coil.
