摘    要:针对2台2D40型空气压缩机在实际试机过程中,活塞杆温度过高,导致连锁报警,压缩机不能正常工作的问题进行了详细的故障原因分析;对压缩机技术性能参数进行介绍;对压缩机的损伤情况进行说明并找到改造方案,解决机组运行中活塞杆温度过高的问题,从而提高机组的运行效率,使机组运行安全、稳定。

Abstract:In this paper,the fault causes of two sets of 2 D40 type air compressors in the actual test process are analyzed in detail,because the piston rod temperature is too high,which leads to the chain alarm and the compressor cannot work normally.The technical performance parameters of compressor are introduced,and the damage condition of compressor is explained and the modification scheme is found to solve the problem of excessive high temperature of piston rod in the operation of the unit,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the unit and make the unit safe and stable.
