| 摘 要： | 分析了小参数涡旋压缩机压缩腔的压力载荷和温度,建立了小参数涡旋齿的弯曲疲劳强度模型。以天然气涡旋压缩机为例,计算了小参数涡旋齿的弯曲疲劳强度。结果表明,选择合适的排气角、材料和参数,修正涡旋齿的起始端,是提高涡旋齿弯曲疲劳强度的重要方法。
