船用电机电枢参数智能监测仪的技术创新及改进

摘    要:电机电枢参数智能检测仪的应用实现了检测自动化、提高了检测的准确性,但是在使用过程中也曝露出一些问题。对该装置的电气系统和机械装置进行了详细说明。针对存在的问题,对原监测仪的步进电机控制系统、通信模块、触头升降机构进行技术改进。同时,增加上位机通信接口,以实现对测量结果进行更加灵活有效的管理。实践证明,对该仪器的技术创新及改进是成功的,提高了测量的可靠性和在线测量速度。
