摘    要:钞票厚度的识别技术是银行办公机具中钞票计数机、钞票清分机设计中非常重要的识别技术。本文介绍一种采用机械传动辊轴和霍尔传感器组成的厚度识别装置,它采用机械放大原理,将检测到的微弱钞票厚度信号进行放大后,再用电路进行处理,即对高速传送中的钞票的厚度进行识别和进行控制。

Abstract:Banknote thickness verifying technology is a very important technology that is used in banknote counter and banknote sorters design by equipment of bank office. This text introduces thickness verifying device system that consists of mechanism driving axis and the hall-effect sensor. It applies the mechanical enlarging theory to detect the banknote thickness and enlarge the signal, and then the circuit will process. It is a thickness verifying and controlling technology that deals with high-speed transmission.
