柴油机缸体主轴承壁结构安全性分析

摘    要:本文分析在螺栓预紧力、最大爆发压力载荷作用下,柴油机主轴承壁的应力应变情况。通过有限元前处理MasterFEM划分有限元网格,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS计算柴油机主轴承壁的应力应变。对比AVL公司的计算结果,本柴油机的主轴承壁的结构是安全可靠的。

Abstract:The main bearing bulkhead suffers fatigue failure due to large stress.Two load cases are considered in the strength analysis including bolt pre-loading force,maximum bearing load.The CAD model is meshed with MasterFEM,then ANSYS was used as the FE solver for all the load cases.Compared to the computation results of AVL,tbe strength of the main bearing wall is enough and the structure of the wall is safe.
