中药提取自动监控系统的设计

摘    要:在中药生产中,提取工艺有其独特性,受到温度、压力、浓度、流动状态等参数的影响。根据中药生产的工艺特性,从其控制系统机理入手,设计了中药提取自动监控系统,由上位机、下位机和通讯系统组成。设计了管理层和检测、控制层软件系统,实现了中药生产的自动提取和监控。

Abstract:In traditional Chinese medicine production, extraction process is unique, by temperature, pressure, concentration, and other parameters of the flow state. According to the technical characteristics of the Chinese medicine production, this paper started from the mechanism of production control system, designed Chinese medicine extracting automatic monitoring system composed of the host computer , lower computer and communication system, and designed management class, test, control class software system to realize the automatic extraction of traditional Chinese medicine production and monitoring.
