锂动力电池打包机的EtherNet控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了锂动力电池极组封装工艺和整个封装工艺设备结构。为提高设备适应性、简化控制系统结构、降低设备成本和维护费用,在控制系统中引入EtherNet/IP现场总线控制技术将各控制、检测设备有机地联系起来,通过组网、模块设置和软件配置的方法,实现了最初的设计要求。

Abstract:Briefly describe the process of power Li-ion battery pack encapsulation and the structure of the entire packaging process equipment. In order to reduce the cost and maintenance costs of equipments,simplify the structure of the control system,and improve the device adaptability,we contact the control unit,human-machine interface and the measure instruments together through the EtherNet/IP technology. In this paper we circumstantiate the methods of network structured,the networking module settings and software configuration of the EtherNet/IP fieldbus. The result is the performance of product is in full compliance with process standards through the actual application of corporate,and the initial design aims come true.
