摘    要:在自制三偏心蝶阀等离子自功堆焊设备中.利用步进电机对三偏心蝶阀的焊接轨迹跟踪,设计了以80C196KC单片机为核心的控制系统,从软件和硬件两个方面,详述了使用单片机控制步进电机的方法。用VC++编写了数据采集程序.通过MATLAB软件来模拟步进电机的控制算法。根据系统的实时性,设计了步边电机的升降速曲线。整个软件采用结构化设计,查表的编程方法,提高了跟踪系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:The method of using MCU for controlling step motor is introduced from the points of software and hardware.Control system which adopts MCU 80C196KC as a core is designed.Data sample program is compiled by language VC ,and control algorithm of step motor is simulated by using software MATLAB.According to the real-time responsibility of system,the ascending and descending curve of step motor is designed.The whole program adopts structure designing and finding method of programming,which improves the stability and reliability of the system.
