叶片的固有频率测试与模态分析

摘    要:采用了叶片固有频率测试系统对某汽轮机叶片进行测试实验。以模态分析理论和有限元方法为基础,使用Hypermesh和Abaqus对叶片进行联合仿真,分析某汽轮机叶片的动力学性能。比较和分析叶片前三阶固有频率计算值与试验值,得到较满意的结果。

Abstract:This paper had used a blade natural frequency measurement system to test the natural frequency of turbine blade. On the basis of the theory of modal analysis and finite element method,dynamic performance analysis of turbine blade was redearched by adopting the Hypermesh and Abaqus joint simulation method. Comparing the blade in the first three orders natural frequency calculated value and experimental value, good results were obtained.
