| 摘 要： | 针对某型号变速箱在线试验台架使用过程中出现的转矩波动现象,研究了台架采用的加载方案特点及其技术要求,并通过讨论其生产时的运动规律和控制方法,对运用增加前馈控制环节的复合控制系统进行分析,以求补偿并减弱波动量.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the loading project of Transmission Loading Test Bench and its technical feature are studied in the phenomena of torque shaking when the bench works online.By discussing the rule of its movement and the control methods,combined control system adding with a feed forward loop are analyzed,in order to lower the capacity of shaking. |
