强电设备数字化改造中的抗干扰设计

摘    要:强电设备数字化改造的难点之一是系统的电磁干扰问题,其很大程度上决定了改造后设备的运行可靠性.通过碟片点焊机的改造实例,从分析干扰原因入手,具体介绍了设备及单片机系统的若干种抗干扰措施.

Abstract:A difficulty of digital reconstruction of heavy current installation is EMI.It has a big impact on reliability of the equipment reconstructed.This article analyses the reason of interference,and introduces several anti-interference solutions on equipment and MCU system by a sample of reconstruction of disk-type spot welding machine.
